Making a Request

Please note that Big Owl Bus advertisements must be requested at least two weeks prior to display date.

  1. Reservations for ad space can be made by calling filling out the Big Owl Bus Advertising Form. A confirmation email will be sent to the client detailing ad space requested and total cost.
  2. Advertising space is limited and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
  3. Special rates may be available for multi-shelter and/or multi-month ads using the same artwork.
  4. All advertisements must conform to the KSU Advertising Policy and Regulations.

Inside the Bus Advertising Rates

INSIDE BUS AD SPACE (22.26" X 11.125")

Rates include one ad card of the same artwork per bus on 16 buses for purchased time duration. Printing and installation included.

*Rates do not include tax. A 6% state sales tax will be applied to all non-KSU organizations or KSU Departments using Foundation accounts.

Bus Shelter Rates

BUS SHELTER – PER PANEL (47.75” X 70”)

Rates include one ad on one side of one bus shelter. Printing and installation included.

*Rates do not include tax. A 6% state sales tax will be applied to all non-KSU organizations or KSU Departments using Foundation accounts.

Starting July 1, 2023, choose between Premium or Standard shelter options. Premium shelters have more ridership, traffic and visibility than Standard shelters. Premium Shelters include the Student Recreation and Activities Center/KSU Bookstore, The Commons and Marietta Student Center stops. Pricing is per ad per shelter per month.

Parking Decks Rates

PARKING DECK – PER BANNER (Minimum of 2 feet tall, Maximum of 4 feet tall x Maximum width of 13 feet)

Clients are responsible for printing, hanging and removing parking deck banners. KSU departments may submit an AiM Request with Facilities to request assistance with installation
